1. Agreement

By engaging with Comfort Shooting (Pty) Ltd or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional policies linked herein.

2. Services Provided

We offer:

Website Design & Development
App Development (iOS, Android, Web-based)
Digital Marketing & Multimedia
Hosting & Microsoft 365 Services (via ICS)

All work is based on approved quotes or packages. Any scope changes will be quoted for separately.

3. User Conduct

Clients and website users agree not to:

Violate any South African laws
Upload or share malicious software
Use our services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Comfort Shooting or others

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss of income or data caused by third-party hosting or platform failure
Errors arising from client-supplied content
Delays due to force majeure (e.g., load shedding, pandemics, war)

Important: Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service if:

Payment is not received
Terms are violated
The client engages in abusive, illegal, or defamatory conduct

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in a South African court or through agreed arbitration.
